HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information or a tracking link, where available. You can use the carrier’s tracking system to follow the progress of your shipment while it is in transit.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed in order to help ensure timely shipment. Because of this, modifications may not be possible once checkout has been completed. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submitting your order.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy, provided they are returned in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable, and show no visible signs of wear. Clearance items may not qualify for return.

Direct exchanges are not available. If a return is approved, any refund or other available remedy will be provided according to our Return Policy.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Some products may be restocked when inventory becomes available again. We recommend subscribing to restock notifications so you can be informed when the item returns.

I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME?

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address details. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us review the issue, please provide your order number, the product name or item code, photographs of the item received, and a description of the problem. We will review the information and assist you in accordance with our applicable policies.

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL APPLY IT?

If you forgot to use a promotional code during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the applicable discount code. We will review your request and provide assistance where available.
